Yes sir it happens. lol. CA is fine to live in as long as you are away from the forests, like in the agricultural valleys and so forth.

I would love to live at the beach - I think, any beach would do, but the mountains should be near enough to go hiking whenever I want :)

An ocean front home on the Mediterranean Sea sounds like expensive real estate. Maybe steem will have to go to $1,000!
