RE: My Florence vegan experience

Another very detailed and insightful review. The first two restaurants sound amazing, especially the raw. It's seems quite different then what I am used to here in Canada. Although it's been long since I ate in a raw restaurant, which was in Montreal and I was not too impressed, lol. But I really love the looks of your wraps and the spring rolls. To bad that the other two restaurant's food was not so impressive because I like their design and they have lots of potential otherwise :(

I guess, visiting Italy and not enjoying the pleasures of Italian cuisine is not something that most people are not willing to give up. Especially if there is lack of good choices. However, the way it works is that quality of services depends on demand. I am sure, it's just a matter of time and things improve as more vegans will travel to Italy.

Thank you for your great comment my dear Lena! I've heard that Canada doesn't have that many vegan options anyway. Not sure if it's true though :)

My preference would also be the first two. But as you say the other two have a lot of potential. The problem with many places is that the owners don't bother with the finishing touch because they know that there are not enough vegan places and they will have customers anyway. Sad.

But as more and more restaurants will be opened, the competition will grow and something will have to change. I'm not losing my hope yet :)

Always a pleasure my Dear, I always enjoy reading your posts 🌸💖🌸
However, Toronto is one of the top vegan friendly cities in the wold and Montreal has some great vegan restaurants too, it's just the raw wast that great, lol. Also, the the section of vegan products in supermarkets is amazing here.
