বন্ধুরা, আমি আমার গ্রামের আখ ক্ষেত ভ্রমণে গিয়েছিলাম।
আখ একটি প্রাকৃতিক পণ্য, আমার বাংলাদেশের মানুষ এটা এক নামে জানে।
আমার গ্রামে অনেক আখের ক্ষেত রয়েছে।ক্ষেতে অনেক আখের চাষ করা হয় ।সেখানে অনেক আখ জন্মেছে।বন্ধুরা আমি সবসময় গ্রামের প্রকৃতি ভ্রমণ করতে ভালোবাসি।গ্রামের প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য দেখতে ভালবাসি।আমি বিভিন্ন নতুন জায়গায় ভ্রমণ করতে ভালোবাসি।তেমনি আমি আমার গ্রামের প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য আখ ক্ষেত ভ্রমণে গিয়েছিলাম।যথারীতি আমি গতকাল বিকেলে আখ ক্ষেত ভ্রমনে গিয়েছিলাম। আমি আখ ক্ষেতে গেলাম,সেখানকার দৃশ্য দেখে আমার মন ভরে গেল।ক্ষেতে অনেক আগ জন্মেছে,দেখতেও খুব সুন্দর লাগছে।আমি পুরো আখ ক্ষেত রাউন্ড দিতে লাগলাম।আমার বাংলাদেশে বছরে একবার এই আখ চাষ করা হয়। প্রতিবছর বর্ষাকালে এই আখের চাষ করা হয়।এই আখ চাষ করে বাংলার অনেক কৃষকরা স্বাবলম্বী হয়েছে।বাংলাদেশের অর্থনীতিতে আখ চাষের অবদান রয়েছে।আখ অনেক লম্বা হয়ে থাকে।একটি আখ প্রায় 8 থেকে 10 ফুট লম্বা হতে পারে।আখ দেখতে একটি লাঠির মত,এর ভিতরে সুস্বাদু মিষ্টি রস থাকে।এই আখ বাংলাদেশের মানুষের প্রিয় একটি খাবার।এই আখ থেকে গুঁড় ও চিনি তৈরি করা হয়।এছাড়া বাংলাদেশের বেশিরভাগ মানুষ এই আখ সরাসরি খেয়ে থাকে,বাংলাদেশের মানুষ এই আখ থেকে রস সংগ্রহ করে খেয়ে থাকে।আমারও এটা প্রিয় খাবার।আমি এই আখ ক্ষেত ভ্রমণ করেছি।আখ ক্ষেতের সৌন্দর্য দেখে আমার খুব ভালো লেগেছে।আমি আখ ক্ষেতের সৌন্দর্যের ছবি তুলেছি।ছবি তুলে আপনাদের মাঝে এখানে শেয়ার করলাম।
বন্ধুরা চলুন জেনে নেয়া যাক আখ রসের পুষ্টিগুণ।
আখ রসের পুষ্টিগুন,
বন্ধুরা আখ একটি প্রাকৃতিক পণ্য,এর অনেক পুষ্টিগুণ রয়েছে।মূলত এই আখের ভিতর থেকে রস খেতে হয়,এই রসের অনেক পুষ্টিগুণ রয়েছে।এক গ্লাস আখের রস খেলে শরীরে দ্রুত এনার্জী ফিরে আসে।এক গ্লাস আখের রস খেলে আপনার শরীর নিমিষেই ঠান্ডা হয়ে যাবে।এক গ্লাস আখের রস খেলে পানি শূন্যতা পূরণ হবে।শরীরের পানিশূন্যতা পূরণের জন্য অন্যতম প্রধান হলো আখ রস।জন্ডিস রোগীদের জন্য প্রধান ওষুধ হলো প্রাকৃতিক আখ রস।আখের রস খেলে জন্ডিস ভালো হয়ে যায়।আখের রস খেলে আপনার শরীরের উজ্জ্বলতা ফিরে আসবে।এই আখের রস খেতে অনেক সুস্বাদু।
তাই আসুন আমরা প্রাকৃতিক পণ্য আখের রস পান করি ও শরীর স্বাস্থ্য ভালো রাখি।
