Strolling around the Asakusa neighborhood

After checking out of our hotel, we took the subway to this neighborhood of Asakusa. There are always throngs of people visiting this popular site. We checked out the main temple complex and then wandered around the side streets, stopping for coffee and just hanging out.

Using a quill pen that tears the paper and blotches


This technique makes a particularly rough drawing when using a basic paper. It tears easily using a quill pen, making interesting rough lines.
