Yes, this was the first time I tried it. It seems like it worked.
I've just set a multiplier for each of the tribes, which I will adjust as necessary:

At the right bottom side of each page, you'll see this:
@trincowski, let me enquire what is a 'vote weight multiplier'? (mine is = 1, as I just checked).
It's the value your vote is multiplied by. Example:
With a PAL Vote Multiplier of 5, a 15% vote in Steem will give a 75% vote in PAL.
Where do you control that? I am not aware :)
