I already showed you some pictures of the sunset and blue hour at the Methoni Castle that I took a wile ago in Greece. But I also visited a different spot near the Castle for dinner with my cousin and my family. From this angle the castle looks a bit different and also there are some different walls. The Restaurant there has excellent food but is a bit more on the expensive side. But of course with this excellent view to the old ancient Castle walls no wonder.
From this viewpoint the sunset is in the oposite direction of the castle and the walls are enlighted with the orange and red colors of the setting sun. I can only imagine how difficult it must have been to build all these walls with the stones back in these times when they didn't have any help from electric machines or cranes for lifting the stones. But humans have always been excellent in developing methods to help them.
