Supportive therapy- correction of anaemia,control of infection,control of renal failure.
Allopurinol to prevent urate nephropathy.
Plasmapheresis may be given for hyperviscosity, analgesic and bisphosphonate for bone pain👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️
