The in-for-out ratio provides an indication whether @treeplanter's upvote capacity can cover new requests. Taking the above numbers:
in-for-out = Upvote capacity / New upvote request value = 11.02 / 23.09 = 0.47
When the ratio is below 1 the queue will get longer because there is not enough capacity to upvote all incoming request. The other way around, when it is above 1 the queue will reduce and in the end disappear.
There are 3 ways to resolve the issue:
- @treeplanter needs to increase its SP to 40.000 (not sure if they can afford this)
- For new requests the value needs to be reduced to 0.1 SBD (can be done very quickly)
- Hope that the SBD value increases again to 2 USD
