I just have heard about Munich from another friend who was discussing about land price and building cost there. :D I love green. Some scientists suggest to see nature every day and it is good for eyes.

The prices for building and land are crazy. I would not buy at the moment. I like it because of the nature and the climate, not to hot and a lot of green. And best thing is the freedom.
