RE: Tree Tuesday Bursts into Spring

Oh gosh! The last thing I need is a money pit! The fact that I have moved for work means I have had many opportunities to buy property and I have used some of them. I just recently relinquished the one in Texas, but Texas has just exploded Market so that was good. I Had A Summer Place in Michigan up on the Canadian border but the commute just got too much so I sold that a couple years ago. I have had one in Florida for about 15 years maybe a little more come up with it was one of the first places I ever bought and I am getting ready to get rid of it and just keep the one of the DC area the one out in the shore. It's fun to rent them when they're in good shape tell me about when you have to start pouring money into them they can become a pain. So buy them and then divest right before.

I'm no expert, but it's worked for me. It's a beautiful part of the country but I cannot see myself living there full-time. Which is what makes it a nice little weekend place. Lots of little but a nice weekend place. You're fortunate to have parents that own a place. And yes! Simple works for me! Keep those money pits away from me!
