Trekking, in its simplest form, is a relaxing activity in nature, a natural exercise and a daily nature trip. As the hikers can walk as much as they want, they can walk on mountains, hills, plateaus, streams, etc. Even if they walk on the ground, they do not face any physical strain, on the contrary, they get great pleasure. Therefore, it is an activity that attracts people.
