- Regular exercise
One very useful activity, but many are overlooked by many people is exercise. This activity is considered too laborious so it can interfere with full day activities.

- Wash your face

After the face is washed thoroughly, wipe the face of the water in a gentle way.
Do not rub the towel on the face, but lightly pat so that the water sticks to the towel and dries.
- Drinking water
When you wake up, the body will become dehydrated high enough. The liquid in the body will evaporate so that the skin will dry up in the morning.
To restore this condition, it is advisable to consume 2 glasses of water so that the body is not constantly dehydrated and launched a bowel movement.
