In as much as we have the good sides of human nature, the most dominant in our world today is the dark nature of Humans. The capacity for evil and malicious acts is so evident in the thoughts, behaviors, and actions of most individuals in their dealings with others.
The darkest part of Humans is their ability to kill without remorse or empathy for their greed for powers and wealth, indulge in corruption and exploitation for their selfish benefits, discriminate against others probably based on religion, race, or physical disabilities, indulge in fetish activities(juju) to inflict harm to others or to seek revenge for their bitterness or hatred, kidnapping people for extortion of money or stealing people
The collective presence of these dark natures has contributed to so many crimes, violence, and societal problems but by understanding the gravity of this darkness can still strive to be better persons. We can work together to build a world full of compassion, selflessness, and positivity. In Africa today, the dark nature of humans is seen in their politicians. Removing a politician from a political sit is almost next to impossible. The leaders of tomorrow no longer have the dreams of being the leaders because those of the past would rather die than give up their sits. The world needs to be better and can be better if we start becoming better people by solving our little daily problems.
