Agree completely, if Yours works anything like the demo the idea is flawed. Also Steemit has a mile head start with a working platform bootstrapping a social economy. Synereo is interesting and is supposed to be like a Facebook but has been in development since 2009 and no working platform yet, alpha launch supposedly in September. But if you watch Dollar vigilante's interview with Steemit creators a Facebook or Twitter like application can be built on top of Steemit or plugged into it anyway, so the road ahead looks interesting for sure.
