For example, to delegate, first you need to stake your POB with the lock button, & then you need to press the button (the purple arrow is pointing to) on hive-engine, and a delegation window will pop up like the one below. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
You need to stake the POB before you can delegate it, staking is like powering up, it locks the POB in your account so it can be delegated. I see your POB, but only 4.411 are staked so that is the only available POB you have to delegate.
I'm not sure what frontend you use, but these buttons are very similar on Tribaldex too. Below is a screenshot, to stake your POB all you have to do is click the lock button. (purple arrow is pointing to lock button) Simply click the lock button to stake, then you will be able to delegate your staked POB.
Glad it worked out, the full rewards usually start the second week after delegation, looks like you just received a fractional reward for this first one since it was early due to testing of our distribution system. Your rewards should be increasing on the next payouts, just FYI! Thanks!

I swapped some tokens. Now I have 1,054,153777 POB but only 4,41086021 POB are available to delegate.
