My New Year's resolutions for 2025 include prioritizing my health by maintaining a regular exercise routine, dedicating more time to personal growth through reading and learning new skills, strengthening relationships with family and friends, and contributing to my community through volunteering or other meaningful activities.

I started to do that about 3 months ago. It takes only about 25 minutes every day but I feel a huge difference. What I learned is that the routine should not be too hard so that you are looking forward doing it.
