My wish for HIVE in 2025 would be to find our decentralized cohesion. I’d hope this would lead to less griping and more doing. ✊
That's a very good point and I completely agree with you. Things could definitely be better in this respect.
In 2025, I’d love to see Hive reach $3.00 , would that be asking too much? Haha! But speaking of apps and opportunities, it would be really interesting to have some kind of marketplace here where people could buy and sell things using Hive or HBD. I’m not sure what the challenges would be, but it would be pretty cool!

Let’s continue working to improve the community structure and seek more external support. Of course, I hope the community grows even more with more members during this crypto boom. I believe the future has good things in store for us!
About the community growth, do you know if there are any new marketing for hive happening in this bullrun? I haven't seem news about it...
A marketplace to sell goods for hive or hbd would be nice. People have tried that several times but it didn't work that great I believe.
I believe the challenges are truly significant, perhaps one day we will have something about this that achieves success!
My Hive wish for 2025 is to see several UK businesses in the SpendHBD directory. I think that would encourage me to earn a lot more Hive. Some to save and invest in Liotes. But also spend some in order to show the world that the platform has real life value.
That's a good point. Hive has the power to link the blockchain with real life businesses and it would be good to see more of that.

I understand that the question refers to the Hive ecosystem. So I would ask that we have exponential user growth.

I really hope that hive manages to stay at a legal price, maybe goes back to the nostalgic $1, that will surely attract new people and new investments. On a personal note, I wish I could improve more, attract new eyes to me, achieve more things, I think everyone wants to grow and that's no different for me.
I think that a higher price would deffinitely attract new people or bring back old ones.
I wish for Hive to become one of the Top 100 (or 150) cryptos by market capitalization :) I know, I know, it's a bit too much to ask but who knows Santa would grant it 😆
Kidding aside, I wish more developers would build on Hive so it would become a buzzing ecosystem with various apps and marketplaces that people can enjoy and utilize. And yep, for the price of HIVE to soar😉
That's a good point and I believe that hive needs better documentation for developpers. When I see other blockchains, they have much neater documentation and for developpers this matters a lot I believe.
That means Hive needs proper documentation that makes it easy for devs to build on it.
Exactly. The existing documentation is pretty outdated and not really presented in a userfriendly way.
I wish that we will have more users coming to the ecosystem, and maybe it will hit above $1 again. and more and more improvement on hive will happen, new dapps and stuff like that.

I would like Hive to be in more market listings and to go up positions in which it is already included. Internally to the ecosystem, I would like us to waste less time on dramas and work more in search of community benefit.

I would like to see the Hive token reaching a new ATH, because in the bullruns people watch the tokens that have increased the more in value. So that will attract more people to the Hive community. Also I want to keep increasing my Hive Power, maybe try to double my HP to 10k... Dream big and dream small have the same efford right? hehe.

Yeah. Unfortunatly the crypto market works in that way. It would be nice to see a shift here users go to projects because of their use case, not just because the token skyrocket and they decided to enter at the top '-'

For the blockchain, stability of the apps that are built upon it, and greater adoption among people whoa re using social media. If the apps are stable, then it's actually a very good platform - certainly preferable to any other that I've used in the past.
When I compare with other web 2.0 platforms, I believe that hive offers a lot that could be interesting for others. But for it to have an impact, I agree that we would need more people.
I only ask life for health and for Hive to return to historical highs.

Hmmm. The first random thing that came to my mind was whether post rewards can be more flexible. E.g. can users manually toggle between % Hive and % HBD to their liking instead of 100/0 or 50/50. Maybe people have different ideas when Hive is going up or Hive is going down, likewise if HBD interest changes. But it's just something that came off my mind. I think 50/50 still works best for me.
I don't know whether it's a priority for the developpers to change that because the liquid HBD would not always be paid in the form of HBD if we are above the haircut level.

For Hive in 2025, I wish only one thing - lots of new, dedicated members.
As far as I know, the rush of new ones happens when the prices go up in the bull market, so everything is fulfilled for everyone... Then other tokens also start, everything blooms, like in spring... 😀
With more users, I think that the whole ecosystem would take a boost.

My wish many things for hive! More onboarding, hopefully, people will see more what they are missing, better usage of DHF funds and more listings in other Cexes. Those wishes will help a lot hive price to take off =)

I wouldn't ask for much, except for at least $1.00 HIVE, upward from there. I bought into STEEM about seven years ago at $1.60. That means I refuse to sell for anything less then that, not that I'm quick to sell. I think HIVE has the potential for $10 or more.
I'm a fan of Ecency, I hope to see more improvements to the app, new incentives, contests and opportunities.

I would love to see Hive break at least the dollar mark! As far as apps I would like to see Distriator up and running with stores accepting HBD as payment near me in California. That would be awesome!

I wish to see VSC launched and integrated by existing apps and new apps created especially for it. Time is precious. It's important to make the most of it.
I'd have other wishes, but I wanted to put here what I believe could be the most impactful.
I don't know what impact the launch of VSC will have but I think that it would be great if things would be ready to use and offer more solutions for apps and games.
The launch itself... not much. Although they will probably have their own app to give people a taste of their features. Integration in existing apps (i.e. front ends, mostly) will probably have the most immediate significant impact.
I wish for more penetration to the masses for Hive. I think Hive right now still is a very small community. Hoping that hive communities come together and outreach for more to know about Hive.
Bringing more people to hive would be the single best thing that profits the platform the most I believe.
I wish the number of active users would triple, I think it would be really cool to see a lot of new people in the community 😁, i'm always looking forward to splinterlands and i think it's going to grow a lot next year 🙌

My wish for Hive is that in 2025 smartcontracts are finally implemented because in my opinion it is this element that could attract new developers and creators of games and apps

After reading all the answers, it looks like everyone expects to see HIVE at 1-3$ atleast!
More implementation in real life, and even more people joining the community would be a great sign for HIVE too.

Even if it would be nice to see higher prices, I agree that real life implementation with more users would be more beneficial in the long run.
My wish would be for Hive to have a larger user base by a few times. This would increase the need for Hive and in order for that to happen, we need applications that attract/retain users.

I'm not that interested in the price of Hive, instead I want to see new innovations and ideas being built and tested so we can actually grow Hive user base and the overall Hive pie.
We have a long time been in a slow dying phase. Sometimes its crazy that it feels like Steem has more going for them.
But I have high hopes for 2025 👏
I believe that greater improvements in transparency and quantitative data are being used to increase the base of active users and increase the value of the currency, seeking to have greater profitability.
Better marketing and more users? I guess more the latter really, but not sure it will happen without the first one 😅
