The land issue is bad. So, every piece of land is owned, simply because people got their first? And they don't even use it, it's just "theirs". Everyone who comes later never can just own land like those before, now it's all owned and everyone has to pay to get something to use. The only right to land is land you actually use, as I see it. And I'm not talking about corporation. That's never owned by them, but should be on a contractual basis with the community. If they break rules, then they can get evicted by the community. Only individuals can own land that they use.
Otherwise, as has been done, anyone could go along and claim land to exploit to make money and deplete resources that make themselves rich, even though the resources where never theirs to being with. You can make a loan for $1 million, pay ppl to work, and then get rich, pay off the $1 million debt, and be an owner of everything while all you did was get a load and paid others with it to work the land to make you rich.
It's all bullshit. The government claiming it might be a possible mitigation for that behavior and rampant domination of everything... Because people won't engage in self-control, then government is empowered by those demanding external control be imposed on them. The world is going to be ruled by governments until we learnt o engage in more self-control. Anarchy is a long way away...
