The TribeSteemUp project, was created 10 months ago by @kennyskitchen. It is a collective voting bot which supports authors who write articles that look at ways in which we can become more empowered and create a more peaceful and free world. The authors that are supported are writing content of high quality, which are based on the following topics:

| Anarchy | Non-Violence | Philosophy | Veganism | Mindfulness |
| Community Empowerment | Love | Original Music | Esotericism |
| Healthy Recipes | Psychedelics | Truth | Permaculture |

I am writing this article to highlight some of the 'Hidden Gems' I have found, that have been written by some of the authors on TribeSteemUp, but which I believe did not receive the recognition they deserved. One of my aims coming onto Steemit was to write articles that empower people and bring awareness, each of these articles do just that.

I have found 8 articles that are truly inspiring. That have motivated me and encouraged me to look more deeply at the way I am living my life. We need to continue to ask our selves question, to become more aware and be willing to bring about change. For me life is all about learning, evolving and being mindful in all that we do. Please take the time to read each of these 8 articles and to show your appreciation by upvoting and commenting. We are all so unique in how we think and how we live our lives. By coming together and engaging with one another we can all share our wisdom and empower one another.

If Food Is Medicine, What Am I Eating?

In this great article @burntmd gets us to look at what food really is, what nutrients really are and what in fact are we eating. Here is a extract from the article.

With this in mind, let us take inventory of everything we put in our bodies and especially in our children’s and everything being served in our communities.
I realize this is an effort many of us will do perhaps reluctantly.
I believe many of us are simply disassociated from our highest self due to what we are eating and drinking and focusing on (frequencies).
I believe those of us who fit this description are more often inspired to be unwilling to take inventory or to do the ‘work’ necessary in order to better our now. If Can we call it work since it’s just focus and if focus is effort than the level of efficacy of our individual self is based from our contribution and functionability which means since we would never allow anyone to ever treat us badly it will serve us well to choose to focus on treating ourselves great also

Energy. How To Create It and Why...

This article is full of excellent advice on how to create your own energy, so that you can live your life fully charged and in full health. Here is an extract:

We are operating in a realm where energy gets stolen, gets taken without our permission (if we are not on guard), sucked out (literally) and fought for. We all had our encounters with those who would step over others without a slightest hesitation... in order to get energy.
Learning how to create energy, to save it and to guard it with all we have is a number One Soul surviving tool.
Our current energy realm reminds me of a Jurassic Park. It is not much fun when we dont know how to navigate through it, from my experience. Our spiritual naivety and lack of cosmic awareness do not serve us at all.

To Love, Coexist, or Destroy? That Is The Question

In this wonderful article @thepatrick really gets us to look at the way in which we place value on other living things besides humans, do we value ourselves more? should we?. Here is an extract:

This was the first time I observed conscious life (in the form of intrusive insects) rather than destroying it.
I wrestled with the desire to destroy it out of unfounded fear, and ultimately succumbed to allowing it to live and accepting the lesson it joined my experience to teach me. To observe and respond, rather than react.
Today this is still a very salient point, as I have a “hands off” policy with all conscious life. I strive to live and let live.

Once We Learn to Breathe Again, The World Will Be Healed

Do we know how to breathe, we all think we do, but what does @treaphort think? I have to say I agree with him.

In our current culture (at least in the United States) we do not have any education on breathing, itself, and are told "our bodies just naturally breath, we don't even need to think about it". The majority of us have no idea how to properly breathe, nor the experience of what it feels like. It is true that even some schools of yoga are entirely missing the point by not emphasizing breathing as integral to the whole practice.
When we all learn to properly breathe again the world will be healed.

No Person Is An Island

Why is it so important to have relationships in our lives? And why we should be making sure that children and young people are getting to experience the power of empathy and intimacy.

In order to start dealing with this problem, we must start dealing with aphenphosmphobia, or the fear of intimacy. When people cannot communicate and empathize with each other in order to build strong bonds, areas in the brain suffer, and we manufacture neural connections that reflect emotional volatility, flat affect (no emotional response), and even sociopathy.

Take Your Shoes OFF!-- They'll Make You Sick

We should all be spending some time everyday in our bare feet, allowing ourselves to connect with the earth and recharge, this is a great message to us all.

If you've learned anything about the Chakra System, you will know that our first chakra is the Root Chakra. Associated with the feelings of trust and security, the feelings of connection and groundedness. By strengthening your Root Chakra, you can feel more connected to the Earth, more stable, more secure, more confident, and more strong. It's like a tree, strengthening it's roots. It's ability to grow tall and strong and live long. A great way to get your root chakra aligned is by spending time directly in contact with Mother Earth, so this concept of GROUNDING, or EARTHING, is the perfect medicine.

Little Changes, Big Difference: Reusable Bags

By looking after our home, this amazing planet we are empowering ourselves. This article looks at how little chanes in your life can have a huge impact on the environment.

The point, for me, was always to communicate the problems and solutions to the masses of people. Clearly, the environmental movement has failed miserably at this task. Of course it's awesome if you can build an earthen, off-grid house and either not drive or charge your electric car from your off-grid system. It's fantasmagoric if you can have that home as the center piece of a permaculture design where you are not only self sustaining but providing food that nourishes both people and planet to others. This series of posts is for those of you that can't or don't want to do that.

Science has recently discovered how to reverse climate change using farmland and simple microbes... But can we make it happen before it's too late??

We all need to know about "Regenerative Agriculture" and the process that it is based on is called "Carbon Sequestration". This article by @nickhans is so informative and so inspiring, this is the way forward for agriculture.

Actually, it has been estimated that if we could get 35% - 50% of the farmland on the planet switched over to these regenerative techniques,we could turn the tables and have a net LOSS of CO2 per year even at current rates of output. That is huge! Take a moment to grasp the gravity of that statement.
I'll be updating you as I continue to grow and learn, and I'll be celebrating the day when my farm starts to become a CARBON EATING MACHINE.

If you wish to support @tribesteemup, you can do so by joining the curation trail which upvotes all of the quality articles written by the authors.

I feel very fortunate to be part of this project, it has helped me grow on the steemit platform and it has helped me connect with authors on here that are writing content that really resonates with me and inspires me. Being on this Platform we have this great opportunity to reach out to others and share our wisdom with one another, to write content that will help people bring about the changes they wish to see happen in the world.

To help everyone realize that We are the ones We Have Been Waiting For and We are Dawning.
