Last Sunday we escaped to the country and visited some interesting places.
We headed to Lovech district we’ve been before but this time we included some interesting places on the route.
Near Troyan we visited Oreshak village where we were impressed by its art museum. The area is known for its ceramic shops and there were some masterpieces we enjoyed.
Next stop was Troyan Monastery. It’s named after the city of Troyan which was named after the Roman emperor Trajan. The monastery was founded in 16 century and is the third largest monastery in Bulgaria.
We stopped in Lovech, the district capital for a brief walk and late lunch.
On our way back home we were surprised by the magnificent sunset.
Nice post Ivan and welcome to Hive. You got some great photos in the museum and that wonderful sunset. I am only new to hive myself but found it best to post into a community and even better if that community has its own site like https://travelfeed.io/ You can log on with your hive details and post directly from there. I seem to get more support that way for my travel and fitness posts. Hope this helps and am looking forward to seeing some more of your adventures.
Thank you Brad. I will check it for sure :)
