Is Tron coin down for the count?

in #tron7 years ago

So, yesterday I read that Tron coin's whitepaper had been plagiarized. After looking into it further, the person who found it outlined a particular portion of the whitepaper taken word for word from another ico. Will that be the end for Tron?

Well, not if Justin Sun has anything to say about it. It came out firing off tweets this morning about a new merger with a publicly traded company that will be announced this week. Sun, if you don't know, is the one time apprentice of Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba. I'm sure a lot of you may already know, but others may not. Alibaba is China's version of Amazon, and is a really big and successful company. If Justin Sun is anything like his mentor, he will find a way to overcome this situation and continue on to success.

It won't be easy. I'm sure there are a great number of people who are die hard crypto enthusiast that are offended by the idea of them copying someone else's whitepaper. The men and women who are a part of this revolution are not friendly towards those who show a lack of morality. Whether or not big business and the new comers to the industry are enough to carry Tron on towards a successful future is a question that I can't answer. I will say that the fellow at the head of the operation is clever and has a large public following. He seems like the type that will stay the course. Only time will tell.
