RE: An Open Letter to the Community - HF22.5

I don't care who wins this egos fight, or if they agree or not.

I only know. That steemit is not what it could be. And that has not yet seen the great potential of the platform. It has not been converted into a page similar to Medium. But with a different payment system. And that is what Steemit should be today.

Instead, what I do know for sure.

It is that with the passage of time Steemit has become a platform focused on a few witnesses and whales or similar, which earn a lot.

Not on a platform focused on finding a balance.

In which there is a majority of its average users who earn "enough" and who are witnesses and whales. Always be earning a little more. Always earn something else. But a little, not much more.

Because that would generate a real balance.

And if it could be. That the witnesses and the whales receive that benefit from behind. Being in the shade without having to generate the content of the platform and feed on it.

What exactly is happening now? The exact opposite.

If you want to create a balance you must generate a community based on a Gaussian system, and not in a winner based system.

There are many theories that talk about this.
For example. Jaron Lanier, in your book: Who owns the future....

For that. You need intelligence, users, content and the best possible formula to be able to make the content profitable.

Not exclusively profitable content with "the benefit" of the blockchain itself. Because that seems untenable clearly. As much as we don't like it.

It is impossible to give a small benefit to all the contents, if there are no income formulas external to the blockchain itself.

And while there are no resources to distribute among all; that Gaussian ecosystem will never exist.

Witnesses and whales / owners will continue without changing their thoughts..
