- Verify that a problem actually exists.
First of all you need to check either the problem exit or not. - Isolate the cause of the problem.
Now Identify if the problem occur isolate the main cause of the problem from which end the problem occur. - Correct the cause of the problem.
After analyzing the problem correct the problem using your skills. - Verify that the problem has been corrected.
After finding the problem make sure the problem has been resolved. - Follow up to prevent future problems.
Make proper plan to avoid future problem.
