Muslim ban on trump in US appeals court partial cancellation

An  appeal court in the United States said that the super-travel travel  restriction on citizens of six Muslim countries is not applicable to  everyone. In a verdict on Friday, it has been said that people living close to the United States are outside the ban.

The  Ninth US Circuit Court of Appeal has said that the verdict will be  postponed until the High Court decides on the latest version of the  travel ban of the Trump administration. The Appellate Court resolved the appeal process in most states of the United States of West Coast.

President Trump has been trying hard to implement the travel ban since January. Earlier,  the panel of three judges of the 9th Circuit had limited the verdict of  lower court's access to people who have "close relations" in the United  States. The court verdict also says that the US government has great power to control the entry of immigrants into the country. But that power is not infinite.

The panel of judges further said, "We are ruling that the president's announcement has once again exceeded his duty."

Trump  Administration banned travel restrictions targeting citizens of the  United States, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen, who are willing to  enter the United States. Trump administration has imposed restrictions on North Korean nationals, including certain Venezuelan government officials.
