I had to triple check this

I've said a few times, and I'll say it again, that when Trump does something right, I will albeit without typing in caps, celebrate a good call. Well...

Here's the thing

There's an oversimplified explanation of this whole thing going around the twittersphere. You see, yes, we can all agree if we are fair and honest that the sentencing given to Ross was a little on the crazy side.

If I'm not mistaken, they gave the guy two life sentences or something like that. A punishment that would make sense if he had committed a school shooting or something comparable.

To me his sentencing was nothing more than the government attempting to instill fear into the heart of a population who was too happy to circumvent their always watchful eyes.

But...

And this is where I tend to lose some of my crypto friends. I seem to remember Ross being involved in a plot to kill someone, a plot that thankfully never materialized.

What this means to me is that I'm not convinced Ross is a man driven by principle, but of course that is just what my gut is telling me at this point.

With all that said

I'm a little blown away to be honest. If I was a betting man, I would have put money down that Trump would not even mention Ross once after securing the win.

Thankfully I'm not one to make these type of bets, at least not these days.

Sort:

I don't know enough about his case to say whether he ought to be released, but this whole thing of pardons can be dodgy. I expect the deranged one to make some stupid moves and he is unlikely to disappoint in that area. I see Musk continues to act like an idiot. Will you bet on when they will fall out?

Oh yes.. I think the Elon/Trump honeymoon is almost over... Id say by March they hate each other and make headlines about it
