"Dirty outposts." This was the shocking description used by US President Donald Trump for Latin American and African countries, similar to previous events and statements that confirm accusations of racism and hatred of the White House.

Last Thursday, in a meeting with congressional lawmakers, Trump described immigrants from Haiti, El Salvador and African countries as having come from "dirty foci", which led to a wave of condemnation. Fifty-five African countries demanded an apology. .
Trump tried to shun his statement and said in a tweet on his Twitter account that he did not use the term. But Democratic Senator Richard Durbin, who sat next to the president during the meeting, confirmed that Trump had used it.
"I'm not surprised that the president started Twitter this morning, denying that he used those words. That's not true. He has spoken these hate words and said them repeatedly."
These racist statements by the American president constitute the latest in a series of positions and statements that have been received by the "other" since his arrival at the White House about a year ago, but they are not new to Trump, some of which preceded his arrival to the summit of power in the United States.
