The United Nations has not reached its full potential
because of bureaucracy & mismanagement.
We are not seeing results in line with .... investment.
(Guterres) calls to focus more on people; less on bureaucracy.
Hold every level of (UN) management accountable.
President Trump
Changing business as usual.
Protect whistle-blowers.
Focus on more results rather than process.
Ensure that no member state shoulders a disproportionate share of the burden, militarily or financially.
Every peacekeeping mission to have clearly defined goals &metrics to evaluate success.
Not be beholden to ways of the past, which were not working.

The Not Obama.
Strong sovereign nations; not Open Socities or open borders.
Security interests to dictate the length & scope of military operations.Not arbitrary benchmarks and timetables set up by politicians.

As President of the United States, I will always put America first. Just like you, as the leaders of your countries, will always, and should always, put your countries first.
