We are already exploring this option in the Philippines, and we are searching for individuals who can create a compelling 30-second video presentation to air on TV. I've worked with freelancers who create short videos before. A few tips from my experience:

• Good quality doesn't come cheap so you'll need a budget
• Spend a lot of time on the script, each second must have value
• A voice actor adds up to the cost but is worth it
• Consider which style to use to convey your message

Also, what are the costs associated with broadcasting the commercials and how do you plan to raise funds for this?
