This is a great and very succinct post, thank you @artisticscreech.
The best definition I ever came across of "Freedom" is: The ability to have or not have something, someone , someplace, etc.
If we HAVE to have something, we are not free on that subject.
Likewise if we MUST NOT HAVE it, we are equally unfree.
In a more conscious world, we would exercise our freedom, without having asinine laws that forbid it.
This does not mean we can go around deliberately and maliciously transgressing against the mores of society, as that is causing harm.
Ultimately more conscious, responsible choices leads us to Behavioural Wisdom.
