They're are to many ways an not enough space. To express the vile, vapid, ill willed, decrepit, broken, hypocracy and thuggery of the modern court system. That is all forms and levels of hierarchy. Failure, cruelty, inhumane, humilitating, inept,an endless litany.
To day I'm choosing to focus on fines and fee's it's non orwellian name debt peonage. That has been out lawed since 1880 but they just shifted the lingo, and criteria to suit there continued assualt.
What is a lawyer for? To twist and defile launge, over complicate, ommite, strech or exaggerate. Loose all decipherable meaning in the munsha of gobbly gook word turd salad.
In the United States, debtors' prisons were banned under federal law in 1833. A century and a half later, in 1983, the Supreme Court affirmed that incarcerating indigent debtors was unconstitutional under the Fourteenth Amendment's Equal Protection clause.Feb 24, 2015
I'm no fan of broad or loosley defined laws ,"but come on". Charge some body twenty thousand or more to go to school. Not only close half way threw some poor kids semester. Leaving them holding the bag without even there worthless piece of toilet paper saying compentence in x,y,z. Bankruptcy law protects funders, group,or corporation from any recourse. If it was say The Trump School of Bullartistry. He would loose his shirt and that would only be the begining of his worries. Not just schools, but firms across the nation do this trick dialy as par for the corse. Crickets from the media, never mind a place for the individual to seek justice. There was a shareholder Revolt over bad fiduciary practices? Hold on wait there was every presidency since Carter maybe earlier.

You and your personage on the other hand. Signed on the doted line. Sold into the corporate cog in a wheel education. Therefore you will feed this system in one form or another till the day you die. An maybe the poor sap co-signer. Have no fear your legislators are hard at work making sure one day that debt will be transferable to your children. There is no ,loan like a student loan.
Second is the medical inustry. Those wonderful guys. Always playing shell games. Its the Pharmaceuticals and there price gouging. No its the insurance company with outragouse premiums, flammin hoops to keep or even get coverage. No is those damb doctors. Who do they think they are charging 300-1500$ to walk in the door. There not skilled labor a monkey could put the thing on your finger and feel for a pulse. That ones extra special saving lives is not a skilled labour. Remember this is the care industry they are all here for your happyness and health. Thats why each and every one of them has gotten in the news for bad practices. Pharma out and out inflated there stocks while cutting R@d the whole point of there needing to exist. Private practices are famous for being super selective with patients and insurance. You have to be a steady income stream there not a charity. Don't pay your E.R bill in less than 3 months its goin to a debt collection agency,we have to give them a whole chapter. It is ugly to say the least. First thing that happens is it destroys your credit. Try making a large purchase without a good score on that one. To Thrifty readers I thought Thrift was good too and I had no credit for 10 years and that's worse than bad credit so you aren't safe either. Without with without credit they want liquidity in assets. In English that means physical possessions worth monetary value to other people. That can then be seized against your will usually at the worst time possible. If it's the Repo Man or the enforcement arm. Customer service or billing department. Then double points gents that's called job creation!
