I don't know either. I really didn't know about her work until Sift pointed it out to me. There are some very unique and interesting points in her work though.
Very interesting. The edition I have sourced is the revised 1994 edition, however it appears she totally reworked the book for a 2007 edition - see the book brief here
... It also seems that the $2,000 dollar copy on sale at Amazon isn't actually the latest edition. Would love to get a copy of the 2007 one - will keep an eye out, eh.
