This one is a head scratcher and as you say doesn't really conform to the norm. When I first saw it I just assumes it was a NWO/Lucifarian warning however it does feel a little 'amateurish'.
I'm still on the fence even with all the debate.
One comment suggested the people who live in the local area know all about it and the creators are known, however I've seen no evidence of that. I'm sure if that was the case we would have settled this one a long time ago. Thanks for providing such a great comment dude.
