Turkey also sparked Islamic countries to reject Israeli claims over Jerusalem. Tension in the region is predicted to increase.
If compare the military power between Turkey and Israel who is stronger?
The globalfirepower website puts Turkey in eighth position. While Israel is in 15th position.
Turkey is superior to the number of active military personnel. The former Ottoman Empire has 382,250 active military personnel, while Israel has 168,250 active military personnel. Turkey also has some 35 million citizens who can be included in military service in case of emergency, while Israel has only 3 million people.
Seeing history, the Turks once ruled the Balkan peninsula and the Middle East region as the Ottoman Empire triumphs. The country has a long history of military and warfare.
But Israel was in no way underestimated. Two times he defeated the Arab coalition with a landslide in the 1967 Six Day War and the Yom Kippur War of 1973. The greatness of Israeli pilots put Egypt on its knees. On land, its armored armies smashed thousands of Syrian tanks .
If today counts strength, on land Turkey and Israel are almost balanced. Turkey has 2,445 tanks consisting of Leopard 1 and 2 Tanks, as well as M-48 Patton and M-60 Patton which are remnants of the Cold War. The technique is M-60 Patton owned Turkey was upgraded in Israel into Sabra Tank. The partnership was signed in 2002 with a contract value of USD 688 million. Limited, Turkish military personnel are still using Israeli-made Uzi automatic rifles.
While Israel relies on domestic Merkava Tank production.Tank proven proven battle and continue to be developed from Merkava I until now Merkava IV.
In the air, the globalfirepower notes that Turkey has 207 fighter jets and about 200 jets of land attack while Israelis 243 fighter jets and nearly the same number of land-based jets.
The Turkish Air Force relies on F-16 C / D from the US as well as several F-4 variants such as the F-4E / 2020 Terminator and F-4E / TM Phantom II.
While Israel is relying on F-15s, F-15 E Strike Eagle and F-16 C / D / I. The latest, they already have nine F-35 Lighting and are ordering 50 other pieces to its closest ally, United States.
On the Sea, Turkey has 12 submarines, 16 Frigates and 9 Korvet class vessels. While Israel has 6 submarines and 3 corvettes, without frigate-class ships.
What is not counted by the Globalfirepower site is probably the coalition power of both countries. The United States will obviously stand with Israel in the event of a conflict. Similarly the closest US coalition, such as Britain, and some NATO countries.
Turkey is likely to be supported by a coalition of Middle Eastern nations. But the coalition's strength may not be as strong as the Yom Kippur war. The once mighty spies challenge Israel with armored forces in the desert are now experiencing a prolonged conflict in their own country. Fierce US opponents like Libya which was formerly led by Colonel Muammar Gaddafi also no longer exists.
If there is a war, will all countries in the Arabian Peninsula will be compact to take up arms is still a question.
The difficult question is, how many nuclear weapons or weapons of mass destruction are actually owned by Israel? So far the US has never reacted about this ally. In contrast to his attitude to Iran and North Korea.

Interesting article, however Global Firepower is not a very accurate site and completely fails to take into account quality differences between equipment, training levels and availability of reserve forces and many other important specifics.
In particular Turkey's tanks are much older and less advanced that Israel's tanks. Israel has around 1350 Merkava IV & IIIs which are 4th and 5th generation tanks many with Trophy APS force fields that make them impervious to missile attack. Israel then has another 2200 older Merkava I & II and M60 Patons etc which are equivalent to the standard of Turkish tanks.
The same is true regarding aircraft. Israel's are far more advanced and upgraded than Turkey's. Also Israel now has about 20 F-35s.
Finally, Turkey's once very professional military has been gutted Erdogan post attempted coup.
