I use turmeric in nearly everything. Making bread, mixed in jar with nut butters, in my coffee and in smoothies plus in nearly everything I cook (or uncook). I also always add freshly ground black pepper and sometimes coconut oil and heat to increase benefits. I bought 2 kgs of turmeric in January and first kilo is nearly finished!
