Thanks for sharing this! I'm currently very interested in trying to help beginners grow on Steemit by creating an incubator for beginners: it will upvote undervalued posts, show beginners how to do well on the platform, and eventually will delegate SP to users in the future.
I myself am currently looking for delegated SP for this project, and would really appreciate any help or advice you can offer on my new project.

For sure! I'm trying to make the move to full time on Steemit, happy to help out as much as possible. I am all for helping out, but I am looking to provide some more support by guiding users through getting their profile to a good status, and finding more content than just introduce yourself.
I am happy to help the project, but as I am trying to move to full time on Steemit, I would need to work on a lot more than this as I need to grow as I help others, and sending posts won't help that - although I will definitely send any that I find! So I would still appreciate any advicem support etc. that you have for my project!
My biggest advice - Get a clear concept and a running project - Than ask people to help with delegations - not vice-versa ;)
Nobody will delegate just because you say you will do something. Show that you can do something, than come back and as them ;)
I'm asking for advice at the moment and just trying to get conversations flowing. I am seeking out users to delegate SP so that I can talk them through the idea, as I want to know there is support before I start, but thanks for sharing your thoughts on it! :)
Why do you want to have support before you start? Just think that's the wrong way around ;)
