Step 1

Im pretty sure youtube comes as a default application in android devices, but if you don't have it just install.

Step 2

Tap in the Sign in "Button" and in add account

Step 3

Just follow the steps to create a new account, but when it asks you to set up recovery options just tap in "Not Now" and finish the steps to create the account.

Step 4
