Hmmm, just two episodes in and we are liking this show, but have had moments where we nearly gave it up. I have heard this show gets pretty amazing half way through the first season so we are going to keep it up.
The storyline is one that we all have pondered. What if we are being graded for every single thing that we do in our daily lives. eg , did you allow that older lady to have a seat on the train the other day? This show is about exactly that. People have been graded for every single deed that they have done, and then plonked into either, the Good place or the bad place. Once you die of course!
Elanor is the star of the show, along with Ted Danson who is in charge of the Good Place. The Good place seems to be full of...well sickeningly good people! They literally have done all of the right stuff right down to their occupations. Elanor on the other hand, believes she has excelled in life, being the top salesperson selling medicines to old folk that are nothing more than chalk.
So far we are quite enjoying this show and appreciate its originality. Give it a go and if you have seen more than we have, leave a comment as to whether it takes off or not in the future episodes.
