Американські вчені з'ясували, що дорослі, які ділять свою постіль з партнером, рідше страждають від безсоння і частіше прокидаються відпочившими.
«Навіть якщо ви спите поряд з кимось, хто хропе або перевертається у ліжку, це все одно приносить користь», — каже автор дослідження.
Для дослідження фахівці використали дані 1007 дорослих людей працездатного віку. Після аналізу інформації, експерти виявили, що люди, які спали з дорослим партнером, засинали швидше та мали менший ризик апное уві сні.

American scientists found out that adults who share their bed with a partner suffer less from insomnia and wake up more rested.
"Even if you sleep next to someone who snores or turns over in bed, it's still beneficial," says the study's author.
For the study, experts used 1,007 adults of working age. After analyzing the information, experts found that people who slept with an adult partner fell asleep faster and had a lower risk of sleep apnea.
