Going to agree with you on this one, he seemed to be turning a bit reckless and maybe he couldn't handle the stress but I hope its better for everyone that he is replaced.

I don't wish him an ill harm and hope he learned a few things the past month. Let's hope he realizes things. Kinda wonder if snap chat ceo is kinda similar to him and arrogant some.
