How to make all window open in maximized mode on Linux

Install maximus from Software Center & launch it.

That's it.

Thanks for your comment, this is the new finding about maximus: it hides top part of some windows in Linux Mint XFCE, but you'd try it in your desktop & see whether it suits your needs or not. Hope it helps you :)
