If they both want to fight they are going to fight at the end of the day whether its legal or not,
If 2 people want to engage in any activity so long as they are of sound mind & consent to it I'm not going to judge, If it offends me I don't have to watch it.
If it was illegal as with a lot of things that are illegal it would make it worse, These things do not disappear they go underground.
To have a war on anything doesn't work we only have to look at history to tell us that, half the people who take drugs wouldn't bother if they were legal it wouldn't be as enticing.
Breaking the law is an addiction in it's own right. As a species we hate being told we cant do something it becomes the forbidden fruit & amplifies the attraction.
