UFO from Roswell: what aliens landed in the US in the 47th year
Perhaps, one of the most memorable Days of US Independence, celebrated on July 4, came in 1947, when in addition to traditional salutes and fireworks, the sky over the States "lit up" the track of the "flying saucer". Is it a joke - in a small town Roswell in New Mexico crashed to the ground UFO!
However, in the past 70 years, neither the military nor ufologists have been able to agree on the unanimous opinion - whether the alien ship was in fact or not. And what is this - a frank invention or concealment of some kind of super-secret?
So what is known about the so-called Roswell incident, during which our planet, and in particular the territory of America, was visited by aliens who were shipwrecked? One of the main characters in this story is the local farmer William Brayzel, who heard a sound like an explosion at night and saw a powerful flash of light in the sky. One might assume that old William had taken a hefty dose of whiskey on the eve of Independence Day and had all imagined him during a severe thunderstorm that happened at that time.
But the next day, after going in search of his sheep, he found nearby fragments of some kind of flying machine, or a weather balloon. The farmer reported to the local sheriff, who informed the military at the nearby air base. A certain Colonel William Blanchard, after analyzing the situation, ordered the publication of a statement in local newspapers, the essence of which was that a flying disk was actually found that was delivered to the Roswell airbase.
However, a few days later, the US military hastened to disavow this statement and with the mouth of General Reimi said that in this region the meteorological probe has just crashed. The farmer after that stopped communicating with the press altogether, and the lack of Internet and communications in those days generally excluded the receipt of any information - selfie against the background of the "plate" could not appear by definition. Americans were content with an official statement and soon the incident that occurred on Independence Day in Roswell was simply forgotten. But years later they started talking about him again.
In the late 70s of the last century, an interview was published with the chief of the reconnaissance department of the 509 air regiment, Major Jesse Marcel, who served on the base in Roswell. According to the major, which immediately became a sensation, the fragments found were not fragments of the weather probe, but belonged to an unidentified flying object of unearthly origin. Immediately there were many witnesses from among the local residents who claimed to have seen more than twenty years ago not only the flying saucer itself, but also those killed as a result of the catastrophe of aliens.
"When it comes to paranormal phenomena, we immediately need to include in the analysis a factor of faith," said Alexander Zimovsky, an expert in the analysis and formation of behavioral patterns. - And, accordingly, the factor of unbelief (skepticism). These factors are necessary in the analysis of a phenomenon such as UFOs. You believe it, or you do not. The rest of the evidence base serves only to reinforce the arguments of the parties.
In the case of the Roswell incident, only a bibliography of the subject may amount to tens of thousands of volumes. However, discarding the superfluous, we will easily see that before us is a dilemma: the current state of scientific and technical thought against scientific (scientific, I emphasize) fiction. Here is an example. Tunguska our meteorite, 40 years before Roswell. Fall in the remote area. A large number of eyewitnesses. Inaccessibility of the place of fall and, most importantly, extremely slow communication system. The meteorite was visible within a radius of 600 kilometers from the flight trajectory in the atmosphere. The then observatories fixed it to the best of their ability. And the first expedition reached him only twenty years later. No excitement, which is typical. That is, science and the public already knew about meteorites, read, observed, described. Therefore everything was clear - a meteorite, only big. Then the First World Revolution ... and the topic was gone.
In Roswell it was different. The event became known in a matter of hours, well, or days. Immediately there were authorities, civil and military, leaks and plums in the media. By the way, the world observatories did not record anything. But the press has already taken the information feed. The phenomenon of UFOs went to the masses. And the masses were ready to swallow it. For this, there was already a scientific, psychological and information base.
See: the atomic bomb, rockets, jet planes, radio, early television, the cold war - this is all the realities of 1947. Add to this the already established tradition of science fiction, including in the cinema. Hollywood is still only experimenting in this direction, but the fear that leads Americans to be healthy. By the way, Belyaev's space novel "The Star of KEC" came out 12 years before Roswell. The cosmos already then was, in a sense, not a stranger. In such a situation, the phenomenon of the Roswell incident was doomed to the widest possible replication. But I want to draw your attention to the fact that it was at the very first stage that there was no hype about UFOs in the States. "
In February 1994, at the request of Congressman Stephen Schiff, the Main Control Office of the US Congress initiated an investigation into the Roswell incident. During its time, nothing was found that could prove alien visits to the Earth - neither documents nor evidence. Another thing turned out - in the late 1940s the US actively developed a program to track the test of Soviet nuclear weapons. The project was called "Mogul". The very cumbersome structure itself consisted of weather probes and equipment capable of tracking sound waves. Probably, as it follows from the report, in 1947, near Roswell, exactly such a structure collapsed to the ground, the secrecy of which was very high, because the US military quickly removed all its large parts into hangars. During the tests on these probes there were manikins with sensors that were supposed to record the level of radiation and shock wave during the explosion of the atomic bomb - their local residents and could take for aliens. There is an explanation for a particularly strong material found at the site of the alleged fall of the "plate", which bent, but immediately assumed its former form - in these years the Americans experienced the then unusual polyster that could be used in the covering of weather probes.
The Mogul program was given the highest level of secrecy, which explains the desire of the US authorities to hush up the incident. It can be assumed that during those experiments a certain threat to life was foreseen for the American citizens themselves, who could become victims, suppose a nuclear explosion in the same semi-desert state of New Mexico. And the fall of the probe prevented a catastrophe, the probability of which was immediately classified and came up with a version with aliens.
At first, the documentary film of English film journalist Ray Santilli "An autopsy - a fact or fiction" (1995), in which the shots of an alien was shown, which the US military found near Roswell, was sensational. Specialists, first of all pathologists, immediately saw in it a fake because of numerous blunders during the "operation". The very body of the alien was nothing but a dummy. But a surge of interest in the newcomers was extraordinary - this topic was not discussed except that lazy.
"The US authorities (like the USSR) are very tight, since the Second World War, they controlled the information flow," Alexander Zimovsky continues. - This, first. And secondly, no one tried to put the information coming from the US military authorities into question. Once it was said that the meteor shower had fallen - that means the meteor shower had fallen. Everyone immediately calmed down and switched to other topics. Exactly for thirty years. Until the 70s Roswell's theme did not come up.
Since I'm not ufologist and not an astrophysicist, I suggest looking at the problem from the point of view of information confrontation. Suppose the US military got access to a UFO in Roswell. The first reaction? It can be the Soviets. Well, just because there's no one else. Looked: no, not like the Soviets. Coded, began to process the available data. Simply put, they began to investigate the fragments of the hypothetical ship and the body of hypothetical aliens. For what? For military use. Very good version. There is no doubt that the Soviet Union would have acted just like that.
However, there was no breakthrough in military technology and armament in the US. In 1949, Stalin already had our Soviet nuclear bomb and delivery vehicles. And ten years after the Americans, hypothetically, had access to UFOs and related technologies, the USSR went into space. We went out. And Wernher von Braun was still piling over his V-2, trying to bring it to mind for American customers.
Indians of the Amazon, and they would have received more from the fall of the UFO than the Pentagon. Just because they could make from the wreckage of all utensils and tips for copies. So there is no need to speak about the effectiveness of secret programs for exploring paranormal space activity. Of the captured aliens did not work, I believe, neither the Snowdens nor Penkov's cosmic scale.
Of course, UFOs and aliens were monetized, speaking the current language. In the end, all the "Star Trek" and "Star Wars" became possible precisely because of the assumption of the possibility of space flights and the existence of another, unearthly reason. But technically, we still can not repeat the landing of a man on the moon. Neither the efforts of the world powers individually, nor in the framework of a joint project. You will involuntarily believe that the aliens will come to us earlier. " ■
