Its too varying these days that the rainy and dry seasons have literally shifted and can no longer be predicted, only to say for meteorologists! We need to preserve our environments by planting more trees and fighting habits like desertification, uganda is the pearl of Africa, we all need to consider that and maybe think about our future as well.
