I totally don't expect they're not to be crimes committed but for the most part the biggest aggressor is the one that's in another sovereign Nations territory.
This is for the courts to figure out but absolutely stuff like this happens when you do not have the ability to interject peacekeepers and hold these fighters accountable.

I dont think Ukraine has been a sovereign nation since the U.S. helped overthrow an elected leader and install their puppet.
