b) have you posted a report about the "Reintegration Law" that's refered to in this video?Thank you very much @patricklancaster! 2 questions: a) this shelling was it for sure an action from Ukraine Army elements, or can it have come from Ukraine supporting militians (if I'm not wrong, an array of fascist inspired armed groups are fighting alongside the Ukraine official troops)?;
