Silent blog from war zone: even more back to work

in #ukraine2 years ago

Hi, guys!

Yesterday I happily shared how happy I am to be able to work again. To some extent, this was affected by a decrease in the dose of lithium, and to some extent by the fact that I finally had a good rest. As far as it was possible at all in the circumstances in which we now live. I am happy to continue working with the portrait course and hope to have further progress in this regard soon.

There was a little trouble this morning. Yesterday I found out that there is an art store nearby. Professional, not ordinary stationery. Of course, I really wanted to go there, even though, by and large, at the moment I don’t really need any new art materials. It's just soothing to wander around the store for a long time and maybe buy a pencil or two.

In the end, that is what happened. But besides a few pencils, I also bought a bottle of mascara, and wow - on the way back to the hotel, it opened in my backpack and leaked out!

Fortunately, the documents and the wallet were not damaged, only the backpack itself was badly damaged. At first I tried to wash it off, but then I realized that I was unlikely to succeed, and therefore I just went to buy something to replace it.

I've never taken such a long time to choose a bag. Usually I take into account a lot of factors, and I want it to be optimally adapted exactly to my needs, and this is a lot of specificity. I need a place where I can fasten bags for walking the dog, for example. But in the end, I managed to find a suitable funny bag.

Little by little, my baby and I are also getting back to planning our day and our week. Of course, it’s impossible to be 100 percent sure about anything yet, but having an action plan has always saved us from chaos, I’ve always been calmer when I have this plan, so now I’m very glad that when I left, I still took with me your diary. It would be possible to do everything the same in electronic form, but in my opinion this is completely different.
