RE: Biden Finally Got His Wish: Russia Invaded Ukraine

in #ukraine3 years ago (edited)

Oh please, do tell what areas were backed off from and returned to Ukrainian control? I must have missed that one.

What areas were backed off? The entire country. It was encircled at the end of the Obama Administration, and he had been pushing deeper and deeper into the country with active duty personnel in Donbas. After Trump was elected there were still "Russian backed" separatists, but a handful of guerillas with Russian weapons, as opposed to the actual presence of the Russian Army before, is a major drawdown.

You don’t speak Ukrainian but managed to read their minds?

It will shock you, but most Ukrainians are not monolingual. And yes, believe it or not, they are capable of stating their opinions in English. Mind blown, right? Sarcasm

Biden’s fault?

What's Biden's fault, is the war in the first place. I've explained at length.
Biden as VP = invasion of Crimea and Donbas.
Trump as Prez = no further incursions into Ukraine
Biden as Prez = full-scale assault on Kharkiv and Kyiv with air strikes everywhere else.
This isn't a difficult concept.

I’m guessing that there are LOTS of American-made weapons “somehow” showing up in Ukraine that aren’t being publicized. Don’t be surprised if you start seeing more Russian APC’s aflame.

One can only hope. Frankly though, with Biden in the White House, I think not. And yet, I've seen plenty of Russian tanks aflame. I even helped set one aflame (more in my next entry, and it was an honor to know the guys in that resistance cell), but they're not from American weapon donations. They're from the UK and Germany.
