Decided to take our tapa addiction to the next level so we made some TAPAWARMA today, that's a Pinoy style shawarma which beef marinade is Filipino style instead of Indian or Medit. Yummy but the gf really has great great wrapping talent, name it -- gifts, notebook covers, vietnamese spring rolls... so pardon the shwrma wraps.
We used our very own beef TAPA tapsilogan style and we used the ff ingredients;
For tapa:
Beef, marinated with pepper, salt, soy sauce, calamansi, garlic
Pita wraps
Mixed cheddar and mozzarella cheese strips
White onions
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Dressing:
Nestle Greek Yogurt
Garlic
Pepper
