I'm from duty and I take a nap in the evening and when I woke up I fell hungry, I went to the kitchen and search for what I will cook for a snack then I found all these ingredients so I decided to make a fluffy pancake.
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
4 large egg beaten
3 cups buttermilk
Yummy pancake for snacks.
Procedure:
- Mix all dry ingredients then mix the wet ingredients then combine in a large pan mix all together till no lumps.
- Rest for 30mins then if your batter is ready.
- Take a nonstick pan or ordinary pan will do then put a little oil then pour your batter just estimate it according to the size you want, put your fire in a low fire then if you saw that there is no bubble on top you can flip it on the other side.
- Then you have a perfect fluffy pancake.
