A blessed Sunday #steemian, I prepared "Bulalo" for our dinner last night. Bulalo is one of the favorite food of Filipinos. It is a Filipino recipe, made up of beef, bone and some part of cow's meat. It is easy to prepare and yet so nutritious and delicious. This recipe is good especially for those people having sleepless at night such as those who work at night shift duty. It is mostly prepared during the winter season because of it's delicious hot soup.
It's so easy to prepare and here's what you need:
- Beef especially bones and leg part
- Onion
- Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Magic sarap
- Spring onion leaves
- Cabbage
How to prepare:
Clean first your beef then take a casserole put your beef inside put water then boiled till your beef becomes tender.
Then add your onion, garlic, ginger, cabbage, spring onion leaves, magic sarap and salt to taste. Then its done, serve with side dish sauce of lemon and soy sauce serve with hot rice
